• a ' 1'%Jii' ii EXHIBIT - - Services California License No. 935878 NOR -CAL PIPE SERVICES SCOPE OF WORK: For this project we intend to start in sewer basin C04. We will start with 1 Vactor truck and 1 TV truck. The Vactor will be equipped with all nozzles necessary to properly clean pipe for CCTV inspection. The Vac tor is a 2008 International Chassis Vactor with 800ft of 1 -inch hose capable of 3000psi. It is equipped with a 2000 gallon debris tank and 1400 gallon water tank. Multiple nozzles for all situations • encountered in pipelines. Capable of cleaning pipelines from 4" to 104 ". We have 2 Lumberjack nozzles. These nozzles are made by Nozztekthe Lumberjack 200 is made for lines 6 "to 18" and offers a state of the art low maintenance approach to the chain flail system and cuts everything from heavy roots to intruding taps and grease. We also have the Lumberjack 300 that can clean lines from 8 "- 24 ". This truck also has a high pressure handgun for washing and scouring manhole channels, wails and shelves. Positive displacement blower vacuum equipment suitable to remove all debris from manholes during hydro flushing. The TV van is a 2007 Ford Van. It Is equipped with RST equipment and contains WINCAN Version 8 operating systems with MPEG -4 video recording technology. It also has a track - transporter and mud master for larger lines. It has a 16' box and large office area for the comfort of the ' client to watch the inspection and cleaning process. It is also equipped with all necessary safety strobe lights and arrow boards to make for the safest possible job site. We will have 2 members of our team per truck. An operator and a laborer. The laborer that works with the vac truck will be'required to drive a water truck that will act as a supply truck for the vac truck so that the cleaning and TV operation can work without interruption.
