. • <br /> the Treasurer is further authorized and directed to make, <br /> execute and deliver to the purchaser of the bonds a receipt <br /> in the form customarily required by purchasers of municipal <br /> bonds, evidencing the payment of the purchase price of the <br /> bonds so purchased, which receipt shall be conclusive evidence <br /> that said purchase price has been paid and has been received <br /> by the City. Any purchaser or subsequent taker or holder of <br /> any of the bonds is hereby authorized to rely upon and shall <br /> be justified in relying upon such signature and no- litigation <br /> certificate and upon such receipt with respect to the bonds <br /> executed pursuant to the authority of this resolution. <br /> Section 10. All of the bonds shall be offered for <br /> public sale by the Council on December 6, 1965, along with <br /> $6,200,000 principal amount of Redwood City General Improve- <br /> ment District No. 1 -65 1966 Drainage System Bonds and $1,840,000 <br /> principal amount of Redwood City General Improvement District <br /> No. 3 -65 1966 Sewer Bonds, and the Clerk is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to cause notice of the sale of the bonds to be <br /> published once in the REDWOOD CITY TRIBUNE, a newspaper pub- <br /> lished in the City, and such notice shall be substantially in <br /> the form set forth in Resolution No. 4809 , issuing the afore- <br /> said Drainage System Bonds. <br /> Section 11.
