} Bonds numbered 1 to 229, both inclusive, maturing by their terms on or prior to January 15, 1986, are not sub - ject to call or redemption prior to their fixed maturity dates. Bonds numbered 230 to 323, both inclusive, maturing by their terms on and after January 15, 1987 are subject to call and redemption, at the option of the Council of the City, as a whole, or in part in inverse numerical order from higher to lower, on January 15, 1986 (but not prior thereto), and on any interest payment date thereafter prior to their fixed maturity date or dates at the principal amount thereof and accrued interest thereon to date of redemption, together with a premium of one - quarter of one per cent (1 /4 of 1 %) of such principal amount for each whole year and for any remaining fraction of a year from the date fixed for redemption to the fixed maturity date of the bonds so called for redemption. It is hereby certified, recited and declared that all acts, conditions and things required by law to exist, happen and to be performed precedent to and in the issuance of this bond have existed, happened and been performed in due time, form and manner as required by law, and that the amount of this bond, together with all other indebtedness of the District, does not exceed any limit prescribed by the Constitution or statutes of said State, and that provision has been made as required by Ordinance No. 1128 for the col- lection of an annual tax upon all taxable property in the District sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on this bond as the same become due. The full faith and credit of the District are hereby pledged for the punctual payment of the principal of and interest on this bond. This bond may be registered in the manner provided by a resolution of the Council of the City adopted November 1, 1965, and thereafter the principal hereof and interest hereon shall be payable only to such registered owner; provided, how- ever, that it may be discharged from registration and con- verted into a coupon bond as provided in said resolution. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Redwood City General Improve- ment District No. 2 -65 has caused this bond to be executed under the official seal of the City, signed by the Mayor and countersigned by the City Clerk of the City, and has caused the interest coupons attached hereto to be signed by the City Clerk of the City, and this bond to be dated January 15, 1966.
