STUDY SESSION <br />A. Study Session — proposed Capital Improvement Program budget amendment for <br />fiscal year 2011/2012 (FY 2011/12). <br />Recommendation: <br />Review the proposed amendments for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget <br />for FY2011/12 so that the resulting revisions may be considered for adoption when <br />presented to the City Council on June 27, 2011. <br />Chu Chang, Building Information and Transportation Manager introduced the report and <br />asked Paul Willis, Senior Civil Engineer with the Engineering Division, to present the <br />report (presentation on file). Mr. Chang explained that next year Council will look at the <br />five -year plan. One Council Member noted how the CIP report was professional and <br />presented a "story".
