She noted another <br />meeting to preview the Regional Transportation Projects this coming Thursday April 14 <br />that may include all San Mateo County elected officials. <br />- Council Member Foust announced another meeting on April 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 <br />p.m. at the San Mateo public library on the Initial Vision Scenarios. <br />- Council Member Seybert acknowledged that former Mayor /Council Member Hartnett <br />was recently appointed to the California High Speed Rail Board Authority and that is an <br />honor for this community to have such a great defender of our interests. <br />-Vice Mayor Aguirre participated in the Peninsula Volunteers Mayors for Meals event <br />and she had a great time representing the Mayor and City Council. <br />B. City Manager (Oral) Update. <br />City Manager Bell informed Council that on April 18, 2011 staff would be presenting to <br />the San Carlos Council the proposal for Shared Services. He also provided additional <br />information about the Electric Charge Stations. Dr. Bell invited everyone interested in <br />joining the Spring Clean Up on Saturday April 30, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. at the Public Works <br />building. <br />10. ADJOURN TO A CLOSED SESSION — M/S Seybert /Pierce to adjourn at 8:29 p.m. to a <br />Closed Session in memory of Oscar Larry Roehl. Motion carried by unanimous <br />voice vote.
