Due to the complex
nature of the project and the coordination required, our services have exceeded what was
anticipated in our current work order. These services include the following:
- Work with City staff and the Stanford planning team to clarify circulation and capital
improvements policies based on the draft EIR;
- Incorporate EIR - related and other provisions as needed to clarify capital improvements and
phasing requirements;
- Preparing multiple drafts of the plan for interim staff and Stanford review;
- Finalize implementation, phasing, and plan monitoring policies;
- Prepare two public distribution drafts of the Precise Plan.
Tasks still to be completed include revisions to the public distribution draft Plan, attendance at
public hearings, and final Plan revisions. The total for these services is estimated at $39,074. We
respectfully request that our current project work order amount be increased from $88,700 to
$127,774.
Thank you for your consideration, and please do not hesitate to let me know any questions or
concerns you might have, or any additional information you may need.
Sincerely,
Terence Bottomley
BOTTOMLEY DESIGN & PLANNING
600 GRAND AVENUE SUITE 2O2 OAKLAND CA 94610
TEL: 510.863.3808 FAX: 510.563.5304
