Arguello St. from Marshall St. to Alden St. 6.1.G. - Page 13 Broadway Mall—(Fun Run and Parade)—no vehicle access streets closed (July 4 from 8:30 AM to 12.30 PM) Main St. from Broadway to Marshall St. Jefferson Ave. from Broadway to Marshall St. Traffic Diversion—Parade and Lineup area: To reduce traffic congestion and to ensure the safety of local residents and parade participants, the PCA is requesting the temporary closure on July 4th of the left turn lane from west bound Whipple to Winslow from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm and the left turn lane from west bound Whipple to Arguello from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. The PCA will setup and remove appropriate signs, barricades, and traffic cones. Use of Pedestrian Barriers: Request through the County OES the use of the steel pedestrian barriers for traffic control and spectator safety. The PCA will provide a list of times, locations, and quantity of barriers needed for the Parade and Lineup areas. Special Parade notes: Veterans Blvd—traffic diversion No�th Bound T�af�c will be dive�ted f�om Vete�ans Blvd to alte�nate st�eets du�ing the Fun Run and Pa�ade. Speci�c times and alte�nate st�eets fo�this dive�sion to be dete�mined by Police Depa�tment Access to the County Jail during the parade The access route to the County Jail through the Parade and lineup area will be from Whipple at Winslow, down Winslow to the County building entrance. Equestrian Units Equestrian units are generally complete the parade route and leave the area immediately. The exit route for these units will be from Fuller Street to Allerton, across Brewster to Howland, Howland to Winslow to Whipple. Handicap Viewing Handicap access parade viewing will be available on the south side of the intersection of Marshall and Jefferson. Vehicles with handicap placards displayed should be allowed to enter through the barricades at Broadway and Jefferson. Special Fire Lane on the Parade Route at Bradford & Main Du�ing the pa�ade no vehicles except fo�eme�gency��e o�medical will be pe�mitted to c�oss this inte�section. The Fi�e Depa�tment�equi�es clea�access th�ough the inte�section of B�adfo�d and Main du�ing the pa�ade if an eme�gency�esponse condition occu�s. To insu�e that��e equipment can c�oss the pa�ade�oute, the PCA will do the following: 1.
