2. The Arts & Crafts Fair and Festival 6.1.G. - Page 15 <br /> The annual Arts and Crafts Festival will be held on July 4th between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Festival may <br /> . <br /> inc u e: <br /> Stage and seating area for live entertainment. <br /> A concert provided by college bands and other groups that participated in the parade. <br /> Information booths provided by parade sponsors, contributors, and community service groups. <br /> The sale of hand-crafted items offered by vendors selected by an independent coordinator. <br /> The sale of food and beverages offered by a combination of selected commercial vendors and local <br /> community service organizations. <br /> No sale or distribution of any merchandise, food, beverages, or other items in the Festival Area <br /> will be conducted without prior written approval of the PCA. <br /> All sales of food and beverages will subj ect permits issued by the County Health Department and <br /> the Redwood City Fire Department (as applicable). <br /> The Festival Area is defined to include the following streets and locations: <br /> Middlefield from Marshall St to Veterans Blvd. <br /> Counter Center from Middlefield to Marshall St. <br /> Bradford St. from Middlefield to Jefferson St. <br /> City Services Req uested (b_y Department) <br /> Cit_y Mana�er or other applicable Department <br /> Allow the PCA exclusive use of the Marshall Street parking garage for Festival vendors from July 4 <br /> from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM July 4, and to suspend the payment of parking fees during this time. <br /> Parks and Recreation: <br /> Open the gates at the Marshall Street parking structure after 6 AM on July 4 and leave open until <br /> normal operations on July 5. Use of parking structure on Marshall Street will be designated for <br /> Festival vendor parking from July 4 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM July 4 <br /> Public Works: <br /> Setup a lighted message board on Veterans to notify drivers of the closure times of Middlefield for <br /> the Festival. Message board should be in place on July 1. <br /> Street sweeping is requested for the Festival area at approximately 7:00 PM after the Festival has <br /> closed on July 4. <br /> It is�equested that st�eet sweeping in the Festival a�ea not begin until 7:00 PM to allow vendo�s <br /> to complete thei�b�eakdown and leave the a�ea. <br /> Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Festival areas, and other traffic diversion requirements <br /> as determined by the Police Department.
