2. The Arts & Crafts Fair and Festival 6.1.G. - Page 15 The annual Arts and Crafts Festival will be held on July 4th between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Festival may . inc u e: Stage and seating area for live entertainment. A concert provided by college bands and other groups that participated in the parade. Information booths provided by parade sponsors, contributors, and community service groups. The sale of hand-crafted items offered by vendors selected by an independent coordinator. The sale of food and beverages offered by a combination of selected commercial vendors and local community service organizations. No sale or distribution of any merchandise, food, beverages, or other items in the Festival Area will be conducted without prior written approval of the PCA. All sales of food and beverages will subj ect permits issued by the County Health Department and the Redwood City Fire Department (as applicable). The Festival Area is defined to include the following streets and locations: Middlefield from Marshall St to Veterans Blvd. Counter Center from Middlefield to Marshall St. Bradford St. from Middlefield to Jefferson St. City Services Req uested (b_y Department) Cit_y Mana�er or other applicable Department Allow the PCA exclusive use of the Marshall Street parking garage for Festival vendors from July 4 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM July 4, and to suspend the payment of parking fees during this time. Parks and Recreation: Open the gates at the Marshall Street parking structure after 6 AM on July 4 and leave open until normal operations on July 5. Use of parking structure on Marshall Street will be designated for Festival vendor parking from July 4 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM July 4 Public Works: Setup a lighted message board on Veterans to notify drivers of the closure times of Middlefield for the Festival. Message board should be in place on July 1. Street sweeping is requested for the Festival area at approximately 7:00 PM after the Festival has closed on July 4. It is�equested that st�eet sweeping in the Festival a�ea not begin until 7:00 PM to allow vendo�s to complete thei�b�eakdown and leave the a�ea. Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Festival areas, and other traffic diversion requirements as determined by the Police Department.
