For this year's celebration <br /> activities, the PCA will conduct the following events: <br /> 1. The Invitational Parade to follow the same route as in previous years. <br /> 2. The Arts & Crafts Festival to be configured with craft and community service booths in a double <br /> row (back-to-back) on Middlefield between Marshall and Veterans Blvd. Food Vendors and <br /> Entertainment stage will be located in the County Center area. Additional booths and activities will <br /> be located on Bradford between Middlefield and Jefferson. <br /> Events scheduled to be conducted by other organizations as part of the overall July 4th Celebration are: <br /> 3. Redwood City Parks, Recreation and Community Service Department will hold its annual Fun Run <br /> before the parade. The Fun Run will be conducted along the parade route. <br /> 4. Let's Tall�Events will hold a car show around the Courthouse Square on Broadway between <br /> Winslow and Middlefield, and on Hamilton and Middlefield between Broadway and Marshall. <br /> 5. Redwood City Fire Department will hold activities related to their 150 years of service. These <br /> activities will take place on Bradford between Main and Jefferson and on Jefferson between <br /> Veterans and Marshall. <br /> As done in previous years, each of the participating groups listed above will sign a Memorandum of <br /> Understanding (MOU) that outlines the specific areas of their responsibility. <br /> Event Details <br /> 1. The Invitational Parade <br /> The annual Independence Day parade will begin at 10:00 AM. The parade may include decorated floats, <br /> marching bands, drill teams, vintage and/or municipal vehicles, equestrian units, C1V1C Of�1C1a.1S, invited guests, <br /> participating sponsors, and other entries as approved by the PCA.
