Approve the contract documents for the 2011 -2012 Utility Trench Repair <br />Project <br />2. Award by Motion the Agreement with Bay Area Paving Inc., of San <br />Mateo, CA in the amount of $231,770 for the Project <br />3. Authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount up to 10% if <br />necessary <br />4. Authorize the City Manager to approve up to two (2) subsequent <br />extensions of one year periods or parts thereof in an amount not to <br />exceed five percent above the previous agreement year <br />C.
