required to the extent <br /> applicable to Consultant's <br /> vehicle usage in performing <br /> services hereunder) <br /> <br /> Professional Liability $1,000,000 per claim and <br /> aggregate <br /> <br /> Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall furnish <br />Agency with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the <br />insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of commercial <br />general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage, original <br />endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> expiration of thirty (30) days after Agency shall have received <br /> written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first <br /> class mail; <br /> <br /> (b) Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to each <br /> insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with <br /> respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br /> endorsement); <br /> <br /> (c) Naming the Redevelopment Agency, its officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br /> (d) Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> insurance with respect to Agency, its officers, boards, commissions, <br /> employees, and agents, and any insurance or self-insurance <br /> maintained by Agency for itself, its officers, boards, commissions, <br /> <br />Agmt-RD-003 7 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Coun cil <br />05/12/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
