- ORIGINAL - <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES - <br /> SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE <br /> SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION (SCADA) SYSTEM <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~ I day of <br />~)L) Cw.~,.~ , 1999, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and THE EDCCO <br />GROUP of San Carlos, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires system maintenance and technical support <br />services for the supervisory control and data acquisition ("SCADA") system (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES.
