These <br />shall include, but not be limited to: <br />• Design of Theater Way <br />• Design of other areas of streetscape adjacent to the Retail /Cinema <br />Project <br />• Design review of the Project <br />In addition, Consultant may provide training and other assistance to staff in general <br />urban design review on various projects. <br />3 <br />
