A 10% reduction in <br />professional fees shall be applied to each invoice covering services <br />provided on a time - and - materials basis without guaranteed maximum for <br />the completion of specific task lists. <br />8) PROJECT COSTS. In addition to the hourly rate charged, the following <br />shall be charged as PROJECT COSTS: <br />Document duplication, messenger services, postage and handling, long <br />distance telephone calls, travel expenses for out -of -office services, special <br />equipment charges, desktop publishing, office archives and database, <br />governmental plan and other inspection fees, expenses for renderings, <br />models and mock -ups requested by CLIENT, expenses for additional <br />insurance coverage or limits, including professional liability insurance, <br />requested by the CLIENT in excess of that normally carried by the <br />CONSULTANT, and /or associated with contracts to subconsultants, plus <br />other out -of- pocket expenses reasonably required in performance of <br />services for the Project. <br />F:Atty /Agr1Agr.065 <br />101002 �� <br />
