He asked Jill to elaborate on the issue. <br />Ms. Ekas said that they are two main issues. There are two parcels that will be <br />merged into one new lot. It is considered better and more appropriate planning <br />practice to have one General Plan and Zoning designation instead of having a <br />split designation on a parcel.
