8.A -s <br />for non - potable uses in a way that is both cost- effective and respectful of the concerns <br />expressed by City residents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />The Redwood City Recycled Water Project is approved, subject to the mitigation <br />measures adopted by the Planning Commission <br />1. No above - ground storage tanks or pump stations are to be constructed <br />without prior review of detailed plans by the Planning Commission. <br />2. Staff is directed to take such steps as may be reasonably necessary to <br />implement the Redwood City Recycled Water Project. <br />3.
