REPORT <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />August 11, 2003 <br />Subject <br />Execution of Funding <br />(HSFA) 2003/2004. <br />Agreements for Human Services Financial Assistance Program <br />Recommendation <br />Authorize the City Manager to execute the Human Services Financial Assistance Program <br />agreements upon approval of the 2003 /2004 fiscal year budget. <br />Background <br />After reviewing each proposal and hearing presentations from each of the applicants, on <br />April 3, the Housing and Human Concerns Committee recommended funding as follows. <br />On July 14 the Council instructed the City Manager to include these recommendations in <br />the FY 03/04 budget ordinance. Council is expected to approve the FY 03/04 budget <br />ordinance on August 11.
