(�.I E -14 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />CENTER FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION (DVP) <br />FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br />- The 24Hr. Support /Crisis Line will provide emergency telephone <br />assistance to a minimum of 1500 victims and /or potential victims <br />of domestic violence in FY 03 -04; 180 of which will be from <br />Redwood City. <br />80% of those clients calling the Support /Crisis Line in a crisis <br />situation will learn at least one concrete action that can address <br />their crisis situation by the end of the call as measured by their <br />ability to restate that option to the Support /Crisis Line staff <br />person. <br />
