C0.IF -3 <br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br />, 2003, by and between REDWOOD CITY 2020, through its fiscal <br />agent, CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State <br />of California ( "City"), and REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT ( "Consultant ") <br />(collectively, the "Parties "). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, for Fiscal Year 2003/2004, City proposes to contract with <br />Consultant, in support of the City of Redwood City Early Learning and Family Support <br />Program and School Readiness Initiative in the City of Redwood City (the "Project "); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting services of family support services for children ages 0 to 5; and <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform consulting and <br />related services described in Exhibit "A -1" through "A -3 ", attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br />2.
