<br />'<lr- <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />'-1' <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(FREEDMAN TUNG & BOTTOMLEY) <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this :<ffl:Áday of fJ fÚ L <br />2003, by and between the REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a <br /> <br />redevelopment agency of the State of California ("Agency"), and FREEDMAN TUNG & <br /> <br />BOTTOMLEY, a California sole-proprietorship ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"), <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency is proposing to create an open plaza in front of the Historic <br /> <br />Courthouse in downtown Redwood (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency requires professional consulting services to provide urban <br /> <br />design services for the Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience and is <br /> <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT'S SERVICES, Consultant shall perform all or a portion of <br /> <br />the professional consulting services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, <br /> <br />2, <br /> <br />COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT. Consultant's compensation <br /> <br />and payments shall be in accordance with Exhibit "B," Fees and Compensation <br /> <br />Schedule, <br /> <br />F:Atty/Agr/Agr.111 <br />060303 <br />
