WAGSTAFF AND ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />The proposed EIR work program for the Syufy Project would produce the Administrative Draft <br />EIR for City staff review in seven (7) to nine (9) weeks from City authorization to proceed, <br />based on the preliminary EIR production schedule attached hereto. A precise time line would <br />be established in consultation with City staff during the initial work scope refinement stage. To <br />meet the project environmental documentation needs, the following nine tasks and associated <br />subtasks would be undertaken by the Wagstaff and Associates team: <br /> <br />TASK I.
