ENVIRONMENTAL VISION--VISUAL SIMULATION CONSULTANTS <br /> <br />Environmental Vision will be responsible for preparation of computer-generated photomontage <br />visual simulations of the proposed project from two (2) City-approved vantage points, for a fee <br />not to exceed $7,200. As a work scope option, Environmental Vision would also be available <br />to complete comparative visual simulations for one or more of the identified project alternatives <br />from the same two vantage points for an additional cost of $1,800 per alternative. <br /> <br />D.
