FEE ESTIMATE <br /> <br /> Please note that the cost estimate and compensation schedule described below are <br /> preliminary; we can, of course, modify or refine any aspect of our proposed work <br /> program and related budget to meet additional or reduced City needs. <br /> <br /> 1. Estimated Contract Fee <br /> <br /> The estimated Wagstaff and Associates contract fee for professional labor and miscellaneous <br /> costs described herein through preparation and submittal of the Draft EIR and Final EIR <br /> Addendum totals $141,330, including the Fehr & Peers Associates transportation and <br /> circulation analysis (see Attachment A). Cost breakdowns, including current labor rates, are <br /> itemized in Table 1. <br /> <br /> The Wagstaff and Associates contract fee total includes attendance at the specified meetings <br /> (see Task IX) and the printing and delivery to the City of ten (10) copies the Administrative <br /> Draft EIR, three (3) copies of the "Screen Check" Draft EIR, seventy-five (75) copies of the <br /> public release Draft EIR, ten (10) copies of the Administrative Draft Final EIR Addendum <br /> (responses to comments), seventy-five (75) copies of the Final EIR Addendum, and related PC <br /> computer disks for all products. <br /> <br /> The estimate is based on the assumption that no more than $28,000 of the total Wagstaff and <br /> Associates fee will be allocated to preparation, reproduction, and delivery of the Administrative <br /> Draft Final EIR Addendum and the Final EIR Addendum. <br /> <br /> Any additional services requested of the EIR consultants by the City for labor (revisions, <br /> meetings, testimony, etc.), reproduction (additional copies), or other items beyond the scope of <br /> work described herein and itemized below would be billed to the City on a time-and-materials <br /> basis at our standard rates. <br /> <br /> 2. Fehr & Peers Tasks and Options <br /> <br /> Fehr & Peers Associates' services would be limited to: <br /> <br /> · completion of all technical computations (revised modeling to: incorporate the appropriate <br /> cumulative traffic assumptions, switch projects, incorporate the latest anticipated <br /> residential/retail characteristics for the Syufy Project, and associated trip generation and <br /> trip distribution revisions); <br /> <br /> · preparation of associated new tables and diagrams; and <br /> <br /> WP9.0~634~634.EXA <br /> <br /> <br />
