Such insurance shall also specifically insure any contractual liability assumed <br />by Owner under the terms of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the provisions of <br />Paragraph I above. <br /> <br /> 5. MONUMENTS. All pipes and monuments shown on the subdivision map <br /> <br />hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or displaced during construction operations shall <br />be replaced by Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements, if any, hereunder <br />by City. <br /> <br /> 6. OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. It is agreed that title and ownership of all <br /> <br />Improvements constructed for the benefit of City hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in <br /> <br />City upon completion and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> <br /> 7. WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. All work provided for in this Agreement and <br /> <br />more specifically described in the plans and specifications herein referenced shall be subject <br />to the approval and acceptance by the Manager, Engineering and Construction before the <br />release of any secudty required herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) that certain final map <br />entitled, "@ Home Corporate Campus Phase 2", (b) those certain specifications entitled, <br />"Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements", (c) those certain <br />plans on file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction entitled, "Improvement <br />Plans - @ Home Corporate Campus Phase 2", and (d) those certain revised specifications <br />entitled, "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998, for a <br />more particular description of the work and Improvements generally described in this <br />Agreement. Said final map, plans and specifications referenced in this paragraph are hereby <br />incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement.
