be replaced by Owners at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements, if any, <br />hereunder by City. <br /> <br /> 6. OWNERSSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. It is agreed that title and Ownership of <br /> <br />all Improvements constructed for the benefit of City hereunder by Owners shall vest absolutely <br /> <br />in City upon completion and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> <br /> 7. WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. All work provided for in this Agreement and <br /> <br />more specifically described in the plans and specifications herein referenced shall be subject <br />to the approval and acceptance by the Manager, Engineering and Construction before the <br />release of any security required herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) that certain parcel <br />map entitled, "Parcel Map No. 98-2", (b) those certain specifications entitled, "Supplemental <br />Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements", (c) those certain plans on file in <br />the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction entitled, "Plans for the Improvement <br />of 440 and 450 Broadway", and (d) those certain revised specifications entitled, "Engineering <br />Standards for the City of Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998, for a more particular <br />description of the work and Improvements generally described in this Agreement. Said parcel <br />map, plans and specifications referenced in this paragraph are hereby incorporated herein and <br />made a part of this Agreement. Upon completion of the aforementioned work, and pdor to the <br />release of any secudty required herein, Owners shall furnish City with a complete set of plans <br />and drawings showing the Improvements in their actual or "as-built" condition and location. <br />Partial release of any security required herein may be granted, at the discretion of City, in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 66499.7 of the Government Code. <br /> <br /> 8. GUARANTEE OF WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS. Owners agree that if, <br />within a pedod of one (1) year after final acceptance of any work done under this Agreement, <br />the improvements furnished and/or installed or constructed or caused to be constructed by <br />Owners, or any of the work done under this Agreement, fails to fulfill any of the requirements <br /> <br /> <br />
