INVOCATION - Pastor Marie Cantwell, Harvest Christian Center <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />Chris Smith spoke in support of the Water Transit Advocates of San Mateo County <br />Ferry Service and explained that the proposed ferry service to the San Francisco Bay <br />Bridge access is estimated at 41 minutes. <br />Rudy Luca asked questions whether the City is using taxpayers' money to pay for <br />eminent domain affected by the Cinema project. He asked if Council or staff had been <br />aware that the DARE program never worked and why it was never announced. He <br />asked if while the Police Chief served as interim Fire Chief he was compensated and <br />what the salary was.
