q. ► N -(p <br />Exhibit "A" <br />Scope of Services <br />City will provide all services required for the Program including, but not limited to, the <br />following: <br />(a) Provide administrative support and program supplies. <br />(b) Provide after school programs three (3) hours per day, five (5) days per week, <br />throughout the school year to the conclusion of this Agreement. <br />(c) Provide supervision for open multi - purpose drop -in programs at Fair Oaks and <br />Hoover schools during evening hours. <br />(d) Provide Red Morton Community Center membership for families with students <br />attending John Gill and Hawes schools. <br />(e) Conduct after school program reporting and evaluation. <br />(f) Develop after school program sustainability plan. <br />(g) Hire one administrative clerk. <br />(h) Hire one site coordinator and up to six recreation leaders per site. <br />(i) Hire program staff to conduct evaluation and resource development. <br />F AttyAgr /Agr 154 <br />081503 5 <br />
