The alternative is to withhold application to the Large Landscape Water Conservation <br />Audit Program and set up a stand -alone city program for BMP #5. Staff would not <br />expect this approach to be as cost effective or product tangible wate e3vings on the <br />scale of the BAWUA regional program. <br />2. The Council could withhold application and direct staff to conduct a cost- benefit analysis <br />for BMP #5.
