MAXIMUM BUDGET (multiply each service in Item 8 by the number of meters, or contacts, <br />or sites, as appropriate, and add to $2,500 if first year of program): $ 87,920 <br />By submitting this application, the member agrees to pay its share of the Program costs, up to the <br />maximum in Item 9, within ten (10) days of its receipt of an invoice from BAWUA. The member <br />is responsible for working with the CONTRACTOR to ensure it remains within its budget. The <br />member will receive notice of CONTRACTOR'S proposed on -site or field service to customers <br />by the Service Confirmation Form, which will be sent to participating members through <br />electronic mail. Members will have FIVE DAYS from receipt of Service Confirmation Form to <br />reject on -site or field service to a customer.
