ORIGINAL shea homes franklin street project <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this "~day of <br /> ,1999, by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ("Agency"), a public body, corporate and politic, <br />and DESMOND, MARCELLO & AMSTER ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Agency requires professional consulting services for the <br />Franklin Street Project in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> I. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform all of those <br />services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. All work to be performed by Consultant hereunder shall <br />require written authorization from Agency prior to the commencement of said <br />work. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. Agency shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in an amount <br />based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are prevailing during the time of the <br />performance of said services.
