ATTACHMENT A - PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The proposed project includes 541,000 square feet of new research and development, office <br />manufacturing, and warehouse space to be developed over 10 -15 years in three phases. <br />Approximately 1,500 employees will work at the campus at full build -out. As a new business <br />with more than 1,000 employees, the proposed project meets the State criteria requiring the <br />WSA. Attachment A provides additional information about the proposed project. <br />
