Recommendation Amend FY 03 -04 HSFA Program Agreement for Human Investment Project (HIP/Housing). Background On August 11, Council approved HSFA recommendations for FY 03 -04 as a part of the entire general fund budget for FY 03 -04. That same evening, Council authorized the City Manager to execute the funding agreements for all 27 recommended programs including Human Investment Project's Self- Sufficiency Program in the amount of $12,000. As a part of the staff report for the August 11"' meeting, the Council was provided with copies of each proposed Exhibit A — describing the agreed upon contract objectives for each individual funding agreement. In finalizing the Exhibit A's, each agency was given the opportunity to modify their proposed objectives based on the actual amount of money approved for their program. Due to a miscommunication, the Human Investment Project's Exhibit A was not modified —although their intention was to modify their contract objectives due to the fact that were granted $3,000 less than what they had requested. The requested amendment is to void the previous Exhibit A and replace it with a new Exhibit A. Alternative Council could choose not to approve the amendment and leave the original Exhibit A as a part of the Human Investment Project Funding Agreement for FY 03 -04. Fiscal Impact No fiscal impact in amending the agreement.
