SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS Bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the location of the proposed work, and by such other measures as they may prefer, as to the actual conditions and requirements of the work, and shall not, after submission &the bid, dispute, complain or assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of the work to be done. LIST OF SUB-CONTRACTORS As required under the provisions of Section 4104 et seq of the Califomia Public Contract Code, any person making a bid or offer to perform the work, shall in his or her bid or offer, set forth: (a) The name and location of the place of business of each subcontractor who will perform work or labor or render service to the prime contractor in or about the construction of the work or improvement, or a subcontractor licensed by the State of California who, under subcontract to the primary contractor specially fabricates and installs a portion of the work or improvement according to detailed drawings contained in the plans and specifications, in an amount in excess of one-half of 1 percent of the prime contractor's total bid; (b) The portion of the work which will be done by each such subcontractor under this act. The prime contractor shall list only one subcontractor for each such portion as defined by the prime contractor in his or her bid. As required under the provisions of Section 4104 et seq of the California Public Contract Code, the following sets forth the Sub-Contractors we propose to engage on the following items of work.
