Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall furnish <br />Agency with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the <br />insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of commercial <br /> <br /> and automobile liability insurance coverage, original <br /> <br />general liability <br />endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after Agency shall have received <br />written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first <br />class mail; <br /> <br />Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to each <br />insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with <br /> <br />respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br />endorsement); <br /> <br />Naming the Redevelopment Agency, its officers, boards, <br /> <br />commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br />Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary <br />insurance with respect to Agency, its officers, boards, commissions, <br />employees, and agents, and any insurance or self-insurance <br />maintained by Agency for itself, its officers, boards, commissions, <br />employees, or agents shall be in excess of Consultant's insurance <br />and not contributory with it. <br /> <br />Agmt-304 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />11/09/99 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
