GENERAL 8.01. Notices. Notices required to be sent tc the Agency hereunder shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the following address: Executive Directo¥ City of Redwood City Redevelopment Agency I 017 Middlefield Road Redwood City, California 94063 8.02. Duration. The covenants set forth in Articles 1, 2 and 3 herein shall be covenants running with the land until January 17, 2028. The covenan~ set forth in Articles $ and 6 shall be covenants runmng with the land in perl~tuity. All the covenants contained herein shall inure to the benefit of the Agency and its successors and assigns enforceable by the Agency or its successors or assigns, without regard to whether the Agency its an owner of any land or interest to which such covenants relate. The Agency and such aforementioned pmies, in the event of any breach of any such covenants contained herein, shall have the fight to exercise all of its rights and remedies allowed by law and to maintain any actions at law or suits in equity or other proper proceedings to enforce the curing of such breach. The covenants and agreements established in this Agreement, without regard to technical classification and designation, shall be binding upon all p~rti/i havi_..=_n8 any right, title, or interest in the Property, or any portion thereof and on their heirs, successors in interest and assigns until the covenants terminate. The parties agree that all future d~eds or transfers of interest shall show the restrictions of this Agreemem and, during the duration of this Agreement, any transfer of the ProperB, shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 8.03. Successors and Assigns. Shes, by and for itself and each successor to any interest in the Proper~y, h~eby specifically acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the covenants contained her~in. 8.04. Amendment. This Covenant may be amended only in writing by ,g, gency and the Owner of the portion of the Property affected by the amendment. ~c-33569
