FIRST AMENDMENT OF DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT (SHEA) <br /> <br /> THIS FIRST AMENDMENT OF DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT (SHEA) (this <br />"Amendment") is entered into as of March 27, 2000, by and between the <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA <br />(the "Agency") and SHEA HOMES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a California limited <br />partnership ("Shca"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency and Shea entered into that certain "Disposition <br />and Development Agreement for Franklin Street Project", approved by the Agency on <br />September 13, 1999 by Redevelopment Resolution No. RD-99-31 and dated October <br />28,1999 (the "DDA"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 1006 and 1007 of the DDA Shea has <br />requested and the Agency desires to amend Attachment No. 8 to the DDA, entitled <br />"Franklin Street Area Schedule of Performance." <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agrees as follows: <br /> <br />AMENDMENT OF ATTACHMENT NO. 8 <br /> <br /> Attachment No. 8 to the DDA is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety by <br />Attachment No. 8 A, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br />Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />-l- <br /> Form dated 3/20/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
