EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />CASA DE REDWOOD - BETTER LIVING FOR SENIORS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />175 seniors will attend in-house concerts; approximately 35 per <br />concert. <br /> <br />80 seniors will attend 6 movie lunches; approximately 14 per lunch <br />1500 seniors will take part in weekly bingo; approximately 30 per <br />week. <br /> <br />700 seniors will take part in exercise classes; approximately 13 per <br />class. <br /> <br />160 seniors will take part in birthday dinners; approximately 13 <br />per dinner. <br /> <br />10 seniors will take part in referral employment <br /> <br />5 seniors will be employed in the senior companion program <br /> <br />60 seniors will be served by the senior companion program <br /> <br />400 seniors will attend special dinners; approximately 80 per <br />dinner. <br /> <br />200 seniors will take part in field trips; approximately 50 per trip. <br /> <br /> <br />
