EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />CENTER FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION (DVP) <br />FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br /> The 24Hr. Support/Crisis Line will provide emergency telephone <br /> assistance to a minimum of 1500 victims and/or potential victims <br /> of domestic violence in FY 03-04; 180 of which will be from <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 80% of those clients calling the Support/Crisis Line in a crisis <br /> situation will learn at least one concrete action that can address <br /> their crisis situation by the end of the call as measured by their <br /> ability to restate that option to the Support/Crisis Line staff <br /> person. <br /> <br /> <br />
