EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> ELLIPSE - PENINSULA AIDS SERVICES <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />$3,200 of emergency financial assistance will be provided to a <br />minimum of 8 Redwood City Households. Based on a yearly cap of <br />$400 per household. Monies would be paid directly to the landlord <br />or utility company. At no time would the household receive the <br />money directly. <br /> <br />$4,800 would be applied for 3120 hours of Practical Support for a <br />minimum of 30 Redwood City household/residents, which would <br />be overseen by the Practical Support Supervisor. <br /> <br /> <br />
