Personal <br /> attendant referral will provide service to 10 new consumers. <br /> Independent living skills will provide service to 40 new consumers. <br /> Financial benefits counseling will provide service to 5 new <br /> consumers. <br /> Information and referral will provide service to 100 contacts from <br /> RWC. <br /> <br /> Shopping assistance will provide service to 1 new consumer. <br /> CID will do two outreaches/presentation and two mailings in <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
