EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />FAMILY SERVICE AGENCY OF SAN MATEO COUNTY - SENIOR <br />CONNECTIONS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2003/04 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br /> The goal for the Senior Connections program is to provide seniors <br /> with competency in office procedures and technology required for <br /> today's workplace and to learn skills and provide computer and <br /> internet access to enhance their well-being: <br /> <br /> 80 people will enroll in and receive computer course instruction (at <br /> least 55% Redwood City residents - 44). <br /> <br /> 80% will successfully graduate and have learned critical office <br /> procedure and technology skills (64 people). <br /> <br /> 40% of those who successfully graduate will secure employment as <br /> a result of their training (26 people). <br /> <br /> 95% of those who complete their training will learn skills that allow <br /> them to engage in activities that promote mental health and <br /> wellness (61 people). <br /> <br /> <br />
