EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> FRIENDS FOR YOUTH INC. <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />To respond to 25 inquiries/referrals of troubled youth from <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />To match 15 Redwood City youth with a volunteer mentor for one <br />year. <br /> <br />Provide ongoing support to Alumni Friendships from Redwood City <br />To recruit 15 new volunteer from Redwood City. <br /> <br />To actively participate in the R.C. Human Service Providers group. <br /> <br />To continue implementation of weekly Youth Achievers sessions as <br />part of our collaborative project with Kennedy Middle School, <br />including activities, workshops, and field trips. <br /> <br />To serve l0 unduplicated youth each month through the Youth <br />Achievers Program. <br /> <br /> <br />
