To the extent practical, the <br />numbering system of the present sign ordinance will be preserved. <br /> <br />Confidentiality <br /> <br />All material will be marked confidential / attorney client privilege. Your office can decide which <br />portions to release for public access. <br /> <br />Cooperation <br /> <br />It is essential that all concemed staff members be aware of this project, and stand ready to assist <br />with input as needed. This applies to staff in the legal, planning, and enforcement departments. <br /> <br />Ownership <br /> <br />Redwood City will own all the work product materials, and is free to make any and all changes <br />that the City considers appropriate. ! will retain copies of the work product, and if I make the <br />same or similar recommendations to other clients, this shall not infringe on the City's ownership <br />rights. <br /> <br />Presentations <br /> <br />This proposal does not include any in-person or telephonic presentations by me to the City's <br />staff, the ARC, the Planning Commission, the City Council or any citizens groups. However, at <br />your option I would be pleased to make in person presentation(s) to the Planning Commission, <br />the Redevelopment Agency and / or the City Council. If requested, such presentations would be <br />at the rate of $185 per hour plus actual expenses (travel, food and lodging), and subject to <br />accommodation of my schedule. I do not charge for travel time, assuming that the trip will result <br />in at least 8 billable hours for each calendar day that I am out of the office. <br /> <br />Consultations <br /> <br />This proposal includes up to five hours of consultation time, whether by phone, fax, email, etc. <br />Beyond that time, consultation will be at the rate of $185 / hr. <br /> <br /> <br />
