AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHAEOLOGY SERVICES <br /> [BASIN RESEARCH ASSOCIATES, INC.] <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~-.Zr~ day of <br /> ~A~ ,2003, by and between the REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />AGENCY ("Agency"), and BASIN RESEARCH ASSOCIATES, INC., of San Leandro, <br />California ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties'). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Agency proposes to perform excavation work pertaining to the <br />downtown culvert relocation in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the Agency requires professional <br />archaeological services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto ag~ree as follows: <br /> <br /> '1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform archaeology and <br />related services further described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
