A copy of Consultant's houdy rates for which services hereunder shall be <br /> performed are set forth in Consultant's fee schedule marked Exhibitl "B" hereof, <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, the combined total of compensation ~ nd <br />reimbursement of costs payable hereunder shall not exceed the sum of Fo ~rteen <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars ($14,760). Should future task orde's or <br />amendments to this Agreement increase the total cost payable hereunder t, over Sixty <br />Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), such task orders or amendments must firs be <br />approved by City's City Council. <br /> <br /> Compensation and reimbursement of costs and expenses hereun"ler shall be <br />payable upon monthly billing therefor by Consultant to City, which billing ~hall include <br />an itemized statement, briefly describing by task and labor category or ~ost/expense <br />items billed. <br /> <br /> 3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Notwithstanding Paragraph 2 of this Agreement, <br />in the event City desires the performance of additional services not other~ ise included <br />within the services described in Exhibit "A," such services shall be authoriz, ~d by written <br />amendment or task order approved in advance of the perl:ormance thereof.
