AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~',~ day of <br /> /0,p~z// , 2003, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> <br /> city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Bottomley <br /> Associates ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to prapare a Precise Plan for the Marina Shores <br />Village Project Mixed Use Project in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />planning services to prepare the precise plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform project review and <br />management of entitlement permits and related services further described in Exhibit "A" <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in an amount based <br />upon Consultant's hourly rates that are prevailing during the time of the performance of <br />said services.
