AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> [MHA ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING, INC.] <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this\(:~% day of~J~, 2003, by <br />and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />of the State of California ("City"), and MHA ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING, INC., of <br />San Mateo, California ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to process an application to construct 600 residential <br />units, 8,300 sq. ft. of retail space, and other amenities in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />planning services to provide project review and management of entitlement permits <br />services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform project review <br /> <br />and management of entitlement permits and related services further described in <br />Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />Consultant agrees that all services performed under this Agreement will be completed <br />solely by Curtis Williams, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by City. <br /> <br />F:Atty/AgdAgr. 130 1 <br />062503 <br /> <br /> <br />
