f <br /> ! <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> Priority Area: Meaningful Watershed Educational Experiences for Students <br /> Project title: Redwood Environmental Academy and Leadership (REAL) Program <br /> Project duration: FY 2010- 2011 with the intent to apply for FY 2011 -12 & FY 2012 -13 <br /> Melissa Armstrong will provide a written Evaluation of the REAL Program addressing the following <br /> areas: <br /> • Cumulative watershed content knowledge of REAL students <br /> • Unit content knowledge of REAL students <br /> • Pre / post content knowledge of Redwood High School students who participate in the <br /> watershed workshops taught by REAL students. <br /> • Numbers of students who participate in this REAL program <br /> • Number of students and adults who participate in Creek Clean up days <br /> • Number of parents attending Open House. <br /> • Final Evaluation due within a month of the project duration. <br /> PAYMENT AND REPORTING <br /> Melissa Armstrong will provide a detailed invoice, with evidence of achieved deliverables, when <br /> requesting payment. <br /> The contract will be paid in one installment upon completion due by September 30, 2011. <br /> Agreement under $10K 4 <br /> City Attomey Approved Version 031210 <br />
