Code §54956.8] <br /> Conference with Real Property Negotiators <br /> Real Property: 1548 Maple Street <br /> APN: 052 - 532 -010 -7 <br /> City Negotiator: Robert B. Bell, City Manager <br /> Jeff Birdwell, Sares Regis Group <br /> Negotiator for Property Owner: Bruce Paris (CBRE) <br /> Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment <br /> A closed session will be held on June 1, 2011, at 5:00 p.m., for the purpose of giving <br /> instructions to your negotiator regarding the price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, <br /> exchange or lease of real property. [Gov't. Code §54956.8] <br /> If the City Council renders the agreement final, they shall report that approval and the substance <br /> of the agreement in open session at the public meeting during which the closed session is held. <br /> [Gov't Code §54957.1(1)(A)] <br /> If final approval rests with the other party to the negotiations, the City shall disclose the fact of <br /> that approval and the substance of the agreement upon inquiry by any person, as soon as the <br /> other party or its agent has informed the City of its approval.
