s <br /> WHEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. SECTION 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide extended day academic and enrichment <br /> services described in RCSD Extended Day Program & School Minimum <br /> Expectations in Attachment A and RCSD Extended Day Policies and Protocols in <br /> Attachment B at Fair Oaks, Garfield, Hawes, Hoover, John Gill, Roosevelt, Selby <br /> Lane, and Henry Ford Schools. The RCSD will provide necessary supports to the <br /> CONTRACTOR as described in Attachment A. The CONTRACTOR if applicable <br /> will refer 21st Century Community Learning Center Families to existing literacy <br /> and related education development services. <br /> 2. Section 11. COMPENSATION <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all the services of this agreement for an <br /> amount not to exceed $871,185.05 subject to contingency provision on section <br /> 12.
